Haley is a twin mom, NICU parent, and dedicated perinatal professional. Her path into doula work was forged through her own experience navigating an emergency cesarean and a six week NICU stay with her twins who arrived eight weeks early. During that time Haley recognized a profound need for a village for twin moms. This realization transformed her perspective on the postpartum period and ignited a desire to ensure no other parent (multiples or not) walks the path alone.

In February 2024, Haley founded Twin Moms Club which works to provide the community she once searched for. What began as a personal mission has grown into a village of over one hundred twin families across Canada who gather for monthly meetups to connect, uplift, and ease the isolation often felt by families of multiples. While Twin Moms Club offers the element of community connection, Lumen Doula Care serves as the hands-on extension of that mission. As a postpartum and NICU doula Haley provides all families with a blend of evidence-based care, practical guidance, and emotional advocacy.

Lumen Doula Care is grounded in the belief that mental health and genuine support are the cornerstones of a healthy fourth trimester. Whether a family is navigating a complex pregnancy, a NICU stay, or the transition to life at home, Haley brings a unique perspective that is one you want in your corner. Through both Twin Moms Club and Lumen Doula Care, Haley is committed to ensuring that every parent feels seen, supported, and empowered throughout their pregnancy, birth and fourth trimester.
